I’ve had a camera since I was about 12 years old. I never thought to make photography a career but one thing led to another and here I am. I’ve always photographed nature and people. I travelled continuously in my 20s with my cameras and ended up in Margaret River where I get a lot of inspiration to create photos.
I also do a lot of personal work in photography and we now have a darkroom where I develop and print my own rolls of film.
In 2018, I was nominated in the Australasian Top 10 wedding Photographers of the year by Capture Magazine. I also received a Highly commended in the Arts, Portrait and Documentary categories.
Looking forward to hearing about you and how you envision your wedding day. And how I can work with you to capture it all on camera.
"We cannot recommend Michelle more highly, nor thank her enough for the most spectacular photos of our wedding day! Michelle had such a lovely eye for both setting up formal photos and catching those special candid moments of the day. She also made us feel completely relaxed when she shot the post-ceremony photos of the two of us, and we just love the photos of this part of the day as we are just catching up and sharing stories about how we had separately spent our wedding morning before the ceremony. Michelle really captured the essence of the day and her photographs will forever be such a joy to us. Thank you Michelle! "

"I have long admired that rare, magical glow that Michelle's pictures have, and had looked forward to her applying her unique style to my family for a while.
We're not typically relaxed in front of the camera, but Michelle made us feel at ease, especially our toddler. We had our chosen images in hand very quickly and we couldn't have been happier with the results. They're every bit as beautiful and magical as I had hoped for. We plan to have Michelle document our little family again every so often in the future."
